RawTime plugin help

This plugin outputs the current raw time and date. By raw I mean it is not formated at all. It's mostly just supposed to be used in other visual plugins like AnalogClock.

Function usage:
- Date The number of days that have past since 12/30/1899.
- Time The fraction of the day that has past.
